Return Policy
Grizzly & lace accepts returns of products (except custom orders) within 48 hours of receipt of product so long as the following is observed:
Customer must email Customer Service to start the return process within 48 hours of receipt.
Customer is required to pay for return shipping to Grizzly & Lace.
Email of tracking information is sent to Customer Service to ensure proper delivery or returned item.
Copy of original order form is with item to be returned.
Itemed returned is on original order slip.
Item does not show intentional or malicious abuse that caused defect.
If all the above is followed the refund will be processed within 24 hours of items receipt back at Grizzly & Lace
Custom Order Policy
Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.
Once an order is placed we will contact you with questions and/or pricing. If there is a particular file for design or font to use the customer is responsible for 50% of the cost of the file. Before payment is remitted the customer will be allowed up to 3 modifications for free of the proposed design. After which, there will be an fee starting at $5 per modification, pricing dependent on scope of modifications, Grizzly & Lace at this time has the right to stop designing and planning the project if deemed necessary.
Full payment is required for custom orders prior to starting production. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. The custom order lead time is estimated at 8-12 weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change. In the unlikely case of a custom order exceeding 20 weeks from the date of the payment, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund.
Once a custom order has been submitted there are no guarantees that they are able to be modified. Charges may apply to approve any production modifications.
Your credit card will be automatically charged for outstanding payments according to our Store Policy, including but not limited to overdue invoices and additional charges.
